24 Senza testa
Storia della Decapitazione in 24 tagli
24 Senza Testa is an artist’s book by Daniele Catalli and Lucio Villani, published by Print About Me in 2013. The project retells the lives (and deaths) of 24 historical figures condemned to decapitation, using alternating rhymed quartets and two-color illustrations.
Included is a red filter that, when held over the pages, makes heads vanish — a visual echo of the act of decapitation. Risograph printed in two colors, with a silk-screened cover and designed to play with history, illustration, and image-as-story.
